Church on Fire - Week 13Jonathan concludes this series on the Holy Sprit on Pentecost Sunday by looking at what occurred before Pentecost, what happened at Pentecost, and why Pentecost is important for us today.
Questions to consider:
- In the same way that we have a relationship with the Father, and the Son, consider beginning and/or strengthening your relationship with the Holy Spirit: listening, talking, relating, thanking, trusting, and submitting yourself to Him in a new way.
- Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Himself, speak, humble you, purify you, set you apart, use you for His glory. Re-commit yourself to walk, live, and keep in step with Him.
- If you could ask the Holy Spirit for one thing today (and know that the Lord would give it), what would "it" be? Remember that God promises to give us the Holy Spirit (and what he brings to our lives), if we would but ask, seek, and knock.

Questions to consider:
- What gifts do you believe God has gifted to you? If unsure, pray that God would reveal them to you.
- Pray about how God might put your unique giftings to work in the Church and in the world around you?
- Are there any new areas of giftedness that you feel God is asking you to step into? Are there any gifts that your would like to receive? Pray for those gifts.
