Church on Fire - Week 3
The Holy Spirit is a person who has a will, an intellect, and emotion. The Holy Spirit can be known and understood.
Questions for Reflection:
- Has your perception/experiences of individuals, churches and/or media caue you to be reluctant or even obstinate to the Holy Spirit?
- The Holy Spirit is the person of Jesus - continuing the work Jesus came to do IN us, and through us. If you learned to trust Jesus, could you not also learn to trust the Holy Spirit?
- God the Father promises to give His Holy Spirit, if we ask. Since God is good (and be nothing else but good), why not ask?

- Has your perception/experiences of individuals, churches and/or media, caused you to be reluctant or even obstinate to the Holy Spirit?
- The Holy Spirit is the person of Jesus – continuing the work Jesus came to do IN us, and THROUGH us. If you trust Jesus, why not trust the Holy Spirit?
- If you knew that by asking, God the Father would give you more of His Holy Spirit (Himself), what would you want him to do?
