Pentecost: Repentance and Rest

A powerful work of the Holy Spirit happens through our repentance. However, is repentance saying sorry, or something more? What is repentance (and what isn’t repentance)? How could a robust theology of repentance make for lasting transformation, versus just a quick apology without lasting change?
