Overflow: The River Youth

Grades 6-12

Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me… rivers of living water will flow from within them.”

This verse from John 7 is a good summary of our goals as a youth group; we gather together weekly for fellowship, fun, worship, and learning. We encourage each other and build each other up, trying to help each other become better followers of Christ. And we leave each week with the goal of taking the Living Water of Christ out into our world, to our friends, our schools, our teams, and our families.

Our youth (grades 6-12) meet most Sunday evenings for dinner and Discovery Bible Study, as well as occasionally for service projects in the church and in the community. We often have seasonal age and gender-based small groups that meet during the week as well.
